The Concept

Year-round golf, built for the way you play.

The Nest is an 8-bay indoor/outdoor performance facility built for golfers who want to play, practice, and improve year-round. Eight hitting bays. Tour-level Trackman 4 technology. Two private fitting and instruction studios. A full bar, comfortable lounge, and views straight onto the range. Whether you're chasing a single-digit handicap, fitting your first set of irons, or just looking for a great place to spend an evening with friends — The Nest was built for you.

A Note From the Owners

How this became real.

When we bought Quail Ridge in January 2025, we'd already been talking about The Nest for four years.

Tim has been the superintendent here since 1998 — a year before the course opened. Kyle joined as GM in 2015. Together we've spent a long time watching what West Michigan golfers actually need and couldn't find anywhere else. Practice that holds up in February. Lessons at 7pm in January. Club fitting from someone who knows your swing. A room you actually want to spend an evening in.

The Nest is what happens when the people who run a place finally get to build the place they always wished was there. Same hands. Same care. A new place to play.

See you at the Nest.

Eight bays. Trackman 4 in every one. Real ball flight off the range when the doors are open. Dialed-in practice when they're not. The same swing data the tour uses, in your bay.

Instruction

A dedicated instruction studio with overhead cameras, training aids, and Trackman 4 — led by our Director of Instruction and PGA pro staff. Plus a tour-level fitting studio with the full library of brands, shafts, and grips.

Simulators

Every public bay plays simulator golf. Doors open: hit down the range, watch your ball fly Pebble, St Andrews, or Augusta on the bay TV. Doors closed: hit into the impact screen with the course projected in front of you. Same bay. Same Trackman. Two ways to play.

The Dual-Mode Bay

Same bay. Two ways to play.

Six public bays with garage doors. The same Trackman 4 measures every swing — either mode.

Garage doors lift and you're hitting live balls down the Quail Ridge range, with your simulated round playing on the bay TV. Real flight. Real feedback.

The only setup like it in West Michigan.

The dual-mode bay

Six public bays with garage doors. Open them and hit live balls down the range while playing a simulated round on your bay TV. Close them and hit into the impact screen with the course projected in front of you. The only setup like it in West Michigan.

Trackman 4 in every bay

The same launch monitor used by 95% of touring professionals. Carry, ball speed, spin axis, smash factor — measured every swing, every bay.

The Fitting Studio

A private bay built around tour-level club fitting. The full library of brands, shafts, and grips. Build a set that matches your swing — not somebody else's.

The Instruction Studio

A private bay built for lessons. Overhead and face-on cameras, training aids, Trackman 4. On weekend evenings, available as a premium private group bay.

Full bar, lounge & putting green

A full bar and a comfortable lounge. An indoor putting surface for working on stroke between bay sessions. Designed to be the room you actually want to spend time in.
